These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Studio Fortress platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Studio Fortress LLC (“Studio Fortress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
Studio Fortress provides a studio management platform designed to support independent studios with scheduling, staffing, operational workflows, and optional payment processing.
Features may include, but are not limited to:
• Class and event scheduling
• Instructor and staff management
• Availability and substitute workflows
• Attendance tracking
• Manual or integrated payment tracking
• Operational reporting and audit logs
Studio Fortress may modify, add, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Studio Fortress is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.
Accounts are typically created and managed at the studio level. Studio administrators may invite staff or instructors and assign roles and permissions.
You acknowledge that:
• Information entered into a studio account may be visible to other authorized users within that studio
• Studio Fortress is not responsible for internal studio management decisions or disputes
• Studio administrators are responsible for managing access and permissions
Studio Fortress offers multiple payment approaches, including manual tracking and third-party payment processing.
If you choose to process payments through the Services:
• Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe)
• Studio Fortress does not store full payment card information
• Payment processing is subject to the processor’s own terms and policies
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Studio Fortress may offer free trials at its discretion. At the end of a trial period, access to certain features may be limited unless a paid subscription is activated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Studio Fortress may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant Studio Fortress a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you submit.
Studio Fortress may maintain audit and activity logs to support operational clarity, accountability, and security. These logs may record actions such as scheduling changes, role updates, and administrative actions.
Audit logs are provided as an operational feature and should not be relied upon as a sole record for legal or compliance purposes.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services or requesting account closure.
Studio Fortress may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or pose a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, access to the Services will cease. Certain data may be retained as required for legal, audit, or security purposes.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Studio Fortress makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Studio Fortress does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or meet all operational needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Fortress LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Studio Fortress’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Studio Fortress in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Fortress LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Studio Fortress LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
